Our services include slaughtering, processing, and smoking USDA and custom beef. pork, goats and lambs, as well as wild game such as, moose, deer, bear, and caribou. We are a certified MOFGA www.mofga.org (Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association) processing member. All of our products are vacuum sealed.
