Freezer sides

Beef side 2.39LB 300lb avg. all beef are dry aged for 10-14 days

Pig sides 1.69lb 200lb avg, smoking is extra .75cents a pound

 

 

Herring Brothers Meats offers a variety of services as slaughtering animals, processing, smoking meats, and wild game processing.

BEEF Processing:.55 cents a pound dressed( with out the head,guts,hide and feet) wgt, cut and vacuum sealed, and 50.00 for killing per head. FEDERAL BEEF-70 cents a pound and 50$ for kill

PIG Processing:.45cents a pound dressed wgt and 35$kill, cut and vacuum sealed. Optional smoking .75 cents a pound cut and vacum sealed. FEDERAL PIGS- .70ents a pound dressed wgt 35$to kill

LAMB Processing: 55$per head or 75$ if dressed over 60lb for kill , cut and vacuum seal. FEDERAL LAMBS- 60.00 per head or 75.00 per head if dressed over 60lb's

RED DEER Processing: .85 cents a pound dressed wgt, plus inspection charge, for kill, cut and vacuum seal.

BUFFALO/BISON Processing:.40 cents a pound dressed wgt and 100.00for the kill. This includes cutting and vacuum sealing.

 

                                        

 

Wild Game Processing

DEER Processing:60.00 to 130.00 depending on the size of the deer, this includes skinning/cape, cutting and vacuum sealing.

BEAR:100.00 to200.00 depending on the size of the bear, this includes skinning , cutting and vacum sealing.

All prices include freezing of the meat, ground sausage is also avalibale for an extra fee
